This article will focus on the core components that make this transformation possible and show how each component has been thoughtfully created and engineered to work together to create the new definition of "Smart Travel".We have researched the biomechanics of pulling, lifting, and maneuvering luggage to develop luggage designs that complement your abilities as a traveler, rather than hinder them. This has required extensive investigation into the location of handlebars and other related factors such as how weight is distributed, and also how a traveler interacts with their luggage through a mechanical and physical interface.

One product example of this is our telescoping handle. The telescopic handle is not simply an adjustable pole; this product has multiple heights engineered to reach the user's natural arm position whether they are taller or shorter, helping to alleviate undue stress on a user's wrist, shoulder, and back.

Another example of how we have applied our ergonomic philosophy in the design of luggage is to design the handle grips to be contoured to the user's hands and made from soft-touch non-slip materials, which makes them comfortable to hold even after extended walking. Additionally, the handle systems will be placed in a central position in the luggage frame, which means that the weight of the luggage is located directly in the center of the wheels, and as a result creates a much more stable, upright pivoting point and a load that requires less effort to steer and control.

Every curve and contour of our entire product line have been engineered with specific ergonomic properties. The back panel of our carry-on luggage and the shoulder straps of our backpacks have been constructed of lightweight, padded materials and shaped to mimic the natural curve of the spine while carrying the bag for short periods of time. Furthermore, our auxiliary handles have been designed in specific locations in order to maximize the leverage with which you are required to lift your luggage into the overhead bin and from the bottom of the bag onto the baggage carousel. High capacity is frequently misinterpreted as just space; however, our design makes better use of the internal volume of luggage in terms of maximizing packing efficiency without increasing the size of the external footprint, which would adversely affect mobility.

We accomplish this by using a multi-dimensional approach that focuses on the interior architecture, compression and flexibility of organization. The internal architecture of our luggage provides for multiple opportunities to compartmentalize all of your belongings. Instead of having one large empty space, we have removable, waterproof compression cubes, zippered dividers and multi-stage expandable sections. The compartmentalizing provides an effective way to separate your shoes from your clothing; clean items from laundry; work clothes from casual wear, etc., by eliminating the possibility of packing chaos.

Every item you take with you on your journey can be placed in its own designated location because of the strategically located pockets. Our pockets include flat document holders for important travel documents; elasticized holders for holding an insulated water bottle or a mobile phone charger. There is no reason for anyone to rummage through the luggage during their journey looking for items, as every item has its own place.

Finally, we utilize state of the art materials on the external shell of our luggage and on the internal lining. This allows for maximum packing volume while minimizing the weight of the empty bag. You will carry more essentials and less bag with the use of heavier bag materials. Our dual side expansion zipper design allows you to make the best use of your luggage, while our compression straps hold everything securely in place, eliminating the need for multiple trips or hassle in moving items around during the trip.Mobility is the most apparent and physical aspect of our luggage options. It is the experience of moving around smoothly in an airport terminal while others struggle with sticking, unwieldy luggage. The very experience of effortless mobility is created with precision engineering. The most important component of our luggage is the wheel system. The wheel system is the foundational element of urban and airport travel.

The signature experience that we provide is achieved through a precision-engineered, multi-wheel system that differs from the current dual-wheel designs that dominate today’s market. Our high-performance spinner wheels are typically configured in a 360-degree double or quadruple pattern. Our proprietary, rugged polymer material makes for wheels that are silent on indoor surfaces, such as airport linoleum, while also providing high durability for outdoor surfaces, including pavement, cobblestones, and subway grates (without cracking or catching). The wheel housings are recessed in order to reduce snagging, and the sealed stainless-steel ball bearings create a buttery-smooth rotation of the wheel on each turn and pivot.

As a companion while traveling globally, a bag needs to be durable and functional. From automated luggage handling systems at airports to varying weather conditions in cities around the world, our bags are constructed with superior quality to handle the extremes encountered during global travel. When designing bags, durability is one of the core design elements, thus, it is included in the construction, materials, and finish.

Most of our shell exteriors are made from advanced technology, including aerospace-grade polycarbonate and ultra-strong ballistic nylon. Polycarbonate is ultra-lightweight while providing superior strength. It is capable of being distorted under extreme force, however, it returns back to its original configuration aiding in preventing cracks and indentations. The fabric options for our bags also have protective treatments, for example, water-resistant and abrasion-resistant coatings, reinforced stitching at all points where stress is applied.

The corners of the bags are most susceptible to damage from impact through bumping and scraping; therefore, additional layers of material and hard bumpers are used to provide extra strength and protection to this area.

Additionally, security works in conjunction with durability.
