Production Process

We can use PC materials from companies such as Bayer (Germany) and Chi Mei (Taiwan, China) according to customer requirements. This material offers both flexibility and compression resistance, making the case more robust and durable. Combined with the three-layer co-extrusion process, it not only enhances scratch and wear resistance but also improves the overall sturdiness of the case.

Our molding technicians are highly experienced. They expertly control machine heating time, forming duration, and cooling cycles. After thermoforming, they thoroughly inspect each case shell to ensure compliance. Any shells identified with defects are immediately removed to prevent flawed products from advancing to subsequent processes. This strict quality control at source eliminates non-conforming items, guaranteeing product quality for our customers.

All workers receive pre-job training, and each workstation has detailed work instructions. This ensures every assembly step strictly adheres to specifications and meets customer requirements. Critical components like fittings and case shells are protected with dedicated sleeves/covers during assembly to prevent scratches or damage during line operations.

Each production line has at least two QC personnel performing 100% inspection on every suitcase. Additionally, we will make pre-production samples before mass production and this sample will placed at QC stations as reference standards. This dual-check system ensures all shipped products strictly comply with customer requirements.

After QC inspection, our workers will handle bagging and carton packaging. We accommodate custom packaging configurations per customer requirements:

Finished products are systematically transferred to our warehouse and waiting for customer inspection or direct container loading for shipment.
