International Apparel & Textile Fair 2024 (IATF): A Fruitful Journey for Our Luggage Brand
The exhibition covers the entire industrial chain through multi-theme pavilions such as textiles & apparel, home appliances, and building materials, radiating to the six Gulf countries, seven West Asian countries, as well as regions in Africa and Southern Europe. It adopts a dual-domain and dual-line model combining offline physical exhibitions with online interaction, organizing enterprises from 16 provinces and cities including Guangdong and Zhejiang to participate. The 17th edition in 2024 featured an exhibition area of 80,000 square meters, with 2,200 participating enterprises showcasing nearly 100,000 new products such as smart pill boxes and biodegradable packaging materials.
As the largest re-export trade hub in the Middle East and Africa, the UAE has signed over 100 free trade agreements with countries worldwide. Dubai, in particular, is one of the world’s largest free trade ports, with its re-export trade reaching across the entire Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and South Asia. China has remained the U A E’s largest trading partner for many years, with bilateral goods trade volume reaching $101.838 billion in 2024, a year-on-year growth of 7.2%.
As a luggage manufacturer, while our products were not 100% aligned with the exhibition’s core themes, we still connected with 10 targeted buyers and took the opportunity to meet some of our existing clients. This trip to IATF 2024 has indeed been rewarding.
